Infrastructure & IT
Organising the annual Student Forum, supporting the Student Council (and its campuses) with infrastructure and IT? Hit me up! This working group focuses mainly on very practical and IT-related tasks.
Stuvo
Stuvo, that’s an abbreviation of ‘studentenvoorzieningen’, meaning student facilities. The president and members of this working group ensure that demands of the students regarding catering, housing, psychosocial care… are heard. Additionally, they organise events such as the Winter Fair, of which the collected money is donated to a good cause (De Warmste Week)!
Sustainability
Are subjects such as biodiversity, inclusion and/or mobility your cup of tea? Welcome to working group Sustainability! The subjects treated by this working group often overlap with those treated by others, causing a lot of projects to be realised together.
Communications
Enjoy working with social media, creating visuals, and not afraid to write webtext or a newsletter? Are you readily available when news breaks and needs to be shared quickly? Then we’d love to have you join the Communications working group! We manage all (yes, truly all) of Revolte’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. All communications from the student council are reviewed by the president of this working group before they’re sent out to students, lecturers and/or anyone else.
External
For those who’d love to represent HOGENT outside of our own institution: sign up here and now! You’re open to getting inspired by other student councils – i.e. by engaging in conversations – or other higher education institutions. Helping set up an alumni network? The External working group does it all!
Education
Ready to fight for high-quality education? Drafting position statements, engaging in discussions with fellow students, the Director of Education, the General Director, the Legal Department… on topics including e-learning, the Examination Disciplinary Committee or the Education and Examination Regulations. Do these sound like challenges you’d like to tackle? Then the Education Working Group is looking for you!
