As a student representative, we don’t just throw you in at the deep end. Do you have a question about the different rules and regulations? Or do you have no idea how to initiate planned actions? Ask our participation coaches! They support and coach you in your specific need(s), i.e. help you meet your deadlines, coach you as a student representative to develop your professional skills. Do you find the organisational structure of HOGENT a tad bit confusing? Then the coaches will guide you through it. In the end, the participation coaches are focused on creating positive partnerships with all student representatives so that you’ll enjoy your journey here.
What topics can a participation coach help you with exactly?
- Finances of the General Student Council (ASR).
- Feedback about your ideas / help in case you have a question;
- Personal coaching;
- Preparation for meetings, reports and advice/position statements;
- Creation of a yearly action plan and/or an action plan for each project;
- Practical organisation of events, initiatives, campaigns… ;
- Development of communication for students.
